MOL Romania sees turnover of EUR 1.6 billion

The company MOL Romania Petroleum Products, the local subsidiary of the Hungarian group MOL, reported for 2021 a turnover of over RON 7.9 billion (EUR 1.6 billion), increasing by 42.6 percent compared to the previous year.

Last year, the company had a net profit of RON 349.8 million (EUR 71.1 million), 24.6 percent more than the previous year, when MOL Romania Petroleum Products achieved a net profit of RON 280.7 million ( EUR 58 million), according to public data.

Last year, the demand for fuels in Romania exceeded the level of 2019.
