Monika Bronicka appointed Board Member at Avison Young Poland
In a notable development for Avison Young’s Polish branch, Monika Bronicka has been appointed as a Member of the Board, effective from the beginning of September this year. Previously serving as Director and Head of Valuation and Advisory, Business Development, Bronicka’s promotion marks a significant shift in the management structure.
Bronicka brings nearly two decades of expertise in commercial property valuation and advisory services, honed through her work with leading international corporations. Her extensive background includes roles as an expert witness in arbitration at the International Dispute Resolution Centre in London and as a lecturer at the Krakow Business School at the University of Economics in Krakow. Her guidance has been instrumental in the professional development of many young industry entrants.
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and one of the few valuers in Poland accredited by HypZert MLV, Bronicka is uniquely qualified to conduct mortgage valuations for German banks financing investments in Poland.
Joining Avison Young in 2021, Bronicka spearheaded the establishment and growth of the Valuation and Advisory department. Under her leadership, the team not only met its budgetary targets within its first year but also expanded significantly, nearly tripling in size over the past three years. In her new board role, Bronicka will oversee the operations and development of three key departments: Valuation and Advisory, Research and Data Management, and Technical Advisory and Project Management. She will also support Michał Ćwikliński, President of the Board, in driving the firm’s growth in Poland.
Michał Ćwikliński, Principal, Managing Director for the EMEA Region, and President of the Board at Avison Young in Poland, expressed his enthusiasm about Bronicka’s promotion, stating, “I am incredibly proud of Monika, who has truly excelled at Avison Young. Her dedication and ambition have had a positive impact on her team and the entire company. Monika is not only an outstanding professional but also a remarkable individual, and I am confident that together we will continue to drive Avison Young’s success in Poland.”
Bronicka’s appointment is seen as a strategic move to bolster Avison Young’s leadership and further strengthen its market position in Poland.
