More transactions on the office market, but for smaller areas

Large companies postponed their plans, the most active customers of office space owners became smaller companies, which were obviously looking for much smaller spaces.

This trend is also reported by analysts of the real estate consulting company ESOP, whose latest report shows that, by the end of September 2021, more new office space was rented, up to 1,000 sqm, than in the same period from 2020 and even from 2019 or 2018.

In total, in the first three quarters of 2021, 107 small office spaces were rented, totaling 46,405 sqm, while in 2020 only 44 small spaces were rented, with a total of 17,739 sqm and in 2019, 103 spaces, with a total of 44,105 sqm.
