MVGM introduces new brands to the Forum Gliwice gallery

The MVGM team has been managing the Forum Gliwice shopping center since 2013. As part of the cooperation with the property owner, the fund Deka Immobilien GmbH, the manager provides a comprehensive process, including lease, operational and financial as well as administrative services. MVGM has just signed a contract with ESOTIQ - a Polish brand offering underwear for women, which has opened a 75 sqm store in the center of Gliwice. As part of the summer debuts of new brands, the group of tenants also expanded to include Tatuum, a clothing boutique with an area of ​​164 sqm. it is available at zero level. In previous months, the manager has leased 120 sqm. Kodano optics stores and introduced to the sports operator's gallery - the Fitness Club Interfit chain of gyms, which has leased over 1,200 sqm. on the second floor of the gallery. The sports network thus makes its debut in Gliwice. In turn, as part of the renegotiation of the contract, the Sinsay clothing brand, whose store is eagerly visited by residents of Gliwice, has tripled its previously leased space and currently occupies 1,100 sqm. The Home & You brand is also expanding its store.

“In the autumn, we will welcome new brands to Forum Gliwice, thus enriching the offer of the shopping center even more. We plan to relocate the Home & You store, which will cover over 500 sq m. opens its flagship store here. We have also signed a contract with the Homla chain, which has leased premises with an area of ​​430 sq m. This lounge will be available on the first floor. In turn, during the summer holidays, we will strengthen the gastronomic offer of the center - Top Sushi will be hosted in the restaurant zone, and customers will also be able to shop, drink delicious coffee and discover its varieties in the Tchibo Pop-up store," says Patrycja Duczmal, Director of the Forum Gliwice Shopping Center. .

MVGM has also signed a contract with TOUS, a top brand offering jewelry and accessories. The store of this over 100-year-old brand from Spain will open in Forum Gliwice right after the summer holidays. The manager also extended the contract with the owner of the Carrefour hypermarket.

Debuts of brands previously absent from the gallery, numerous contract extensions and the introduction of a new commercialization concept to the Gliwice Forum are the implementation of one of the goals of MVGM in practice - improving the offer and increasing the value of the real estate we manage. As part of many years of cooperation with the owner of the center, the Deka Immobilien fund, we try to best respond to the current needs of both tenants and consumers. In 2017, we supported the owner during a thorough modernization of the facility, including the common areas and the passage, and we are currently placing a strong emphasis on top brands and a well-chosen tenat-mix,” comments Małgorzata Słowik, Retail Leasing Director at MVGM Polska.

Forum Gliwice is a shopping and entertainment center with an area of ​​over 43,000 sqm, offering 120 shops and service points. The shopping mall is located in the center of Gliwice, in the heart of one of the most dynamically developing cities in Silesia, just 15 minutes from the Gliwice - Śośnica motorway junction, the largest road junction in Central Europe. The tenants of the shopping center include renowned fashion brands and stores offering an assortment from the "health and beauty" sector, including: C&A, Deichmann, Douglas, Half Price, H&M, KappAhl, New Yorker, Reserved, Rossmann, Sephora , SuperPharm. Other industries, also represented by leading brands, are: RTV Euro AGD, Pepco, Empik, Martes Sport, Smyk, TEDi and DUKA. In the entertainment part of the gallery there are, among others Cinema City with 13 screens - the only multiplex in Gliwice and the Bajkowy Labirynt entertainment center. One of the few in Poland, a branch of the municipal public library, also operates under the name of Biblioforum in Forum Gliwice.
