Nasze Jezyce residential estate with FIBARO smart systems

Apartments in the Nasze Jezyce project, developed by Echo Investment in Poznan, will be equipped with Echo Smart solutions provided by FIBARO. Nasze Jezyce is being built in two phases. Each of the apartments in Nasze Jezyce will have a terrace, a balcony or a private garden. Thanks to the cooperation with FIBARO, Echo Smart solutions, i.e. a smart apartment system that enables to integrate many devices, are also included in the equipment of the apartments. Buyers will receive a heart of a smart home system as standard - a control panel, a light dimmer and a smart thermostatic head. This package is only the beginning of the adventure with a smart apartment, that enables the control of lighting and temperature, as well as the control of roller blinds, locks, alarm or household appliances.

As part of our offer, Echo Smart allows an owner of a new apartment to arrange smart functions around a "heart" of a system – a control board and automatic functionalities, that they receive with the keys to the apartment.
