Luxent launches sales of third stage of Royal Apartments Aurum by Neeco

The luxurious Royal Apartments Aurum project in the Černý Důl locality, which will become part of the largest wellness zone in the Giant Mountains - Resort Aurum. There will be 53 new, fully furnished apartments in layouts 1 + kk and 2 + kk. These are suitable both for your own recreation and for investments with a stable return. The Royal Apartments Aurum project consists of 53 apartment units ranging in size from 28 sqm to 60 sqm and available 1 + kk and 2 + kk, which are carefully designed so that they can be comfortably used by up to three adults or a family with two children. Reconstruction of the existing building is currently being prepared, the project should be completed in the summer of 2023. This is the third phase of construction within the four-star Resort Aurum with a total capacity of 150 beds. Almost all units from the previous stages are already reserved - recreational real estate is currently a very popular and scarce commodity. This is also confirmed by the director of the real estate agency Luxent - Exclusive Properties Jiří Kučera, "The interest in recreational housing, which began last year, continues this year and we assume that this increased demand will not leave us.
