Modern housing Neugraf located in Prague's Smíchov has been completed and received approval. Neugraf presents modern living in the style of European capitals, with above-standard interior design of apartments and common areas in the house, semi-private exteriors and shared services, which are a trend of the 21st century. The joint project of the developers UBM Development Czechia and Crestyl is located next to the park, and at the same time within walking distance of the Anděl metro station. It offers 177 apartments of all sizes ideal for housing and investment and space for shops and services on the ground floor. Residents of NEUGRAF can use chargers for electric cars, their own garden and wellness and a fully equipped laundry. The specialty of the residential house is a common terrace on the roof with breathtaking views of Prague, which is equipped with a relaxation area with benches, deck chairs and grills. The investment in the Neugraf project amounted to CZK 1.2 billion.

Neugraf consists of several apartment buildings in the block of Grafická and Kmochova streets. The closed and secure residential area has a central reception with 24-hour service and concierge services. On the ground floor facing the streets there are spaces for shops and services such as a cafe, doctor's office or fitness. The architectural design of the Neugraf residential project reflects the industrial tradition of the place and builds on the original historic building of the printer. At the same time, it is inspired by modern buildings in the metropolises of Western Europe. The exterior combines industrial-era materials complemented by light steel and glass details. The author of the project is the architectural studio Bogle Architects.
