New apartments from Central Group now equipped for up to CZK 500,000 for free

Central Group offers more than 600 apartments in seven locations in Prague. As part of the summer event, when buying an apartment, it now offers free apartment equipment for up to half a million as a gift. The promotion is valid for newly concluded contracts and is limited in time.

The largest residential builder is further expanding its client service and will open a completely new interior studio CENTRAL INTERIER in June. It will offer 6 modern interior styles and 25 types of turnkey kitchens in the new showroom. Clients can now solve everything from choosing an apartment, through financing to interior design in one place and save a lot of time, worries and money.

"In connection with the opening of our own interior studio and thanks to a direct connection to the manufacturer, we are now able to exclusively offer our clients equipment up to half a million crowns free of charge for each new apartment," says Dušan Kunovský, founder and head of Central Group. The time-limited interior furnishing event in the amount of CZK 200,000 to 500,000, depending on the layout chosen, applies to all Central Group apartments offered in all locations and is valid for newly concluded contracts until 31 July 2022.

The voucher can be used for all interior equipment, including kitchens, built-in wardrobes and any home accessories from the CENTRAL INTERIER interior studio. It can be used for the complete equipment of the purchased apartment (in an economical, but fully functional and high-quality design) or only for part of the equipment, such as a luxury kitchen.

The new interior studio is located at the Central Group headquarters in Prague 4. There are 6 modern interior styles and 25 types of kitchens to choose from. These can be seen in the brand new showroom, where there are also six fully furnished demonstration apartments in all six interior styles. Those interested can choose from styles designed by Central Group interior designers or they can have an individual interior solution developed. There are three price variants to choose from for individual interior styles - Economy, Optimal and Premium.

The interior studio provides a comprehensive and well-arranged offer of interiors and kitchens on a turnkey basis in one place and with one reliable partner - the largest residential builder Central Group. He processes free designs and sample visualizations for his clients, helps to harmonize the interior with the choice of floors, doors and bathrooms, and at the same time guarantees the harmonization of all wiring and installations with the interior design (including modern diffused lighting). If interested, they will also provide financing by including it in a mortgage or a consumer loan. Of course, there is a guarantee of high quality and a guarantee of delivery time.

The widest range of financing options and money back guarantees
