Zinsquartier is the name of the new crowd investment platform on the national real estate market in Austria, which offers individuals the opportunity to invest their financial resources in interesting and promising construction projects.

In addition to the advantages of classic crowd investment platforms, Zinsquartier goes one step further and offers investors additional protection: All financing is handled by its own project company, which ensures that investments are actually only made in this one project. Furthermore, Zinsquartier demands the personal responsibility and liability of the project developer. "Not only does the project company bear the entire responsibility for the construction project, but the project developer himself," says Real estate and investment expert Mario Gruber, founder of Zinsquartier.

In view of the prevailing low interest rate policy of the European Central Bank, crowd investment is a perfect complement to conventional forms of investment. “The savings book hardly pays off any interest, if at all. Concrete gold pays off once more ”, says Gruber.

The system developed is one thing. The know-how is the other, which is why the Zinsquartier team consists exclusively of experts with many years of experience in the real estate and investment industry. “We support developers in realizing their building projects. We evaluate potential projects critically and carefully in order to create serious and at the same time uncomplicated investment opportunities, ”Gruber explains the claim of the crowd investment platform. In addition, there is transparent work at the highest level, a strong industry network and, above all, "the passion to realize exclusive real estate projects together," emphasizes Gruber.
