Following a €1.5m renovation, the former Palaca Deskovic Hotel on the Croatian island of Brac was reopened. The hotel was rebranded as Puteus Palace. It offers nine two-bedroom superior rooms and six apartments as well as a restaurant, wine bar, wellness center and jacuzzi. There is also on-site parking and a marina with 50 berths. The investor is Kredenca, which paid €1.5m to take over the property.
