The CCP Cooperatief investment fund, launched last year in the Netherlands, signed the phased acquisition of a logistics complex located in Ștefăneștii de Jos (Ilfov County). The transaction includes logistics warehouses with a total area of approximately 13,000 square meters, fully leased, and 31,000 square meters of land. The acquisition value is approximately EUR 7,650,000.

CCP Cooperatief focuses on sustainable growth and innovation, investing in both emerging and established markets. In Romania, it operates through CCP Log Holding S.R.L., which focuses on investments in non-residential properties.
