Businessman Nicolae Badea is preparing the paperwork to build a large real estate complex with offices, apartments and aparthotel on the site of the building in northern Bucharest that houses the headquarters of his main companies. Most likely, the land and the project planned on it will be sold.

The Relco household appliances retailer, owned by Nicolae Badea, has obtained the preliminary demolition papers for the building at 15 Fabrica de Glucoză Road, where Computerland, Romcom Pro and Microtech Electronic are based.

In place of this building, on the land of about 11,000 sqm, Relco is now advancing plan for the construction of a real estate complex with buildings that will have 3 basements, ground floor and from 2 to 12 floors. The configuration envisaged for this project includes offices, hundreds of apartments and aparthotel.
