Nusco signs EUR 64.4 mln financing agreement with Banca Transilvania for Nusco City
Nusco has concluded a EUR 64.4 mln financing agreement with Banca Transilvania for the development and completion of the second phase of Nusco City. The second phase of the Nusco City project includes seven buildings with a total of 828 apartments and 1,033 underground parking spaces (ranging from double studios to two, three, four-bedroom apartments and exclusive duplexes) and will cover an area of 23,662 square meters. The first three buildings – previously financed through OTP Bank Romania – are expected to be delivered this year, while the next four buildings – developed through BT financing – are scheduled for completion in the first half of 2026. The total investment in this second phase of the project exceeds EUR 130 million.
The first stage of the second phase, which is currently being implemented, comprises the first three buildings, featuring 340 units and 447 parking spaces. The last four buildings in the second phase of Nusco City will bring 488 new apartments and 586 parking spaces.

On an area of 23 hectares, on the site of the former Pipera platform, Nusco City will accommodate a total of over 4,000 apartments, parks, green spaces, and infrastructure – covering approximately 40% of the entire project area, along with educational units, a hospital, a hotel, dedicated commercial areas, and office spaces.
