Octavian Tanase enters the residential market, near the Oracle headquarters

Businessman Octavian Tănase, the owner of the furniture retailer Serico, is entering the residential real estate market by transforming an industrial building in the Pipera office area, near the Oracle headquarters, into an apartment block.
At the end of last year, Serico received a urban planning certificate that aims to raise the former industrial building, by increasing the number of floors from 4 to Gf + 6F + 7P + pool and to transform into an apartment building. For this, interior upgrades will be made, the facade will be changed and the transformation of 3rd and 4th floors (currently commercial and storage spaces) into apartments.
