Omer Susli sells the Homelux store in Ploiesti to the Austrian group XXXLutz

Businessman Omer Susli sold the interior decoration store Homelux in Ploiesti to the Austrian group XXXLutz, which is to open a furniture store instead. The Austrians today own 2 XXXLutz stores in Bucharest and 3 Momax stores in Arad, Oradea and Timișoara.

Currently, the Homelux network also includes stores in Focșani and Balotești. Poor traffic led Omer Susli to also close the Homelux store opened last year in Mercur Shopping Center in the center of Ploiești.

On the other hand, the businessman's plan is to open two new Homelux stores next year in the Vitantis shopping centers in Bucharest and the River Plaza Mall in Râmnicu Vâlcea, which he bought this year.
