OMV Petrom shifts the office tower in Petrom City to an educational unit, by renting it to Genesis College, the first private school that was accredited in Bucharest. Thus, the new "Genesis College" headquarters will be able to accommodate up to 1000 students.

Petrom City is the largest headquarters of a company in Romania, inaugurated in 2010 in the Dămăroaia neighborhood, following an investment of EUR 130 million. It consists of 5 buildings, of which there dedicated to offices, two buildings called Infinity, with an area of 53,800 sqm, and a tower with 10 floors and an area of 11,000 sqm. The complex was designed to accommodate around 2,500 employees, who previously worked in eight OMV Petrom offices in Bucharest and Ploiești.
