ONE Gallery Floreasca signs 17-year lease with Tomcat Comserv

The real estate developer One United Properties signed a 17-year lease, starting September 2025, worth EUR 40.2 million without VAT, with Tomcat Comserv SRL, operator of the brands Treevi, Elephante, Sagakura, BaoHouse and others.

"Renting a retail space with a leasable area of 3,600 sqm, on the ground floor of ONE Gallery, plus terraces and storage, to operate a modern food market concept, which will house over 40 different operators, with premium products, in various formats integrated under the same roof", is the object of the contract.

The real estate developer closed the first three months of 2024 with a consolidated turnover of RON 419 million, down 5 percent compared to Q1/2023, while the net profit amounted to RON 157.3 million, up by 4 percent.
