One Herastrau Towers set for completion in December

One United Properties is planning to complete One Herastrau Towers in Bucharest in December. The mixed-use project is located in the city’s Herastrau neighborhood and includes 148 apartments as well as 5,000 sqm of commercial space on the ground and first floors of the two towers. Construction broke ground in December 2018.

“One Herastrau Towers benefits from a concept that we also developed for the One Herastrau Plaza project located in the vicinity. We are talking about a boutique commercial and offices project, ideal for concept galleries and small offices. On the profile market you cannot buy small offices, the offer is focused mainly on whole buildings or large spaces. Our company has developed this concept through which you can practically live in an ensemble where you benefit from a commercial promenade area with street access, but also have the option of an office, with individual access,” said Beatrice Dumitrascu, vice president of the residential division at One United Properties.
