One United Properties bought the land of the former Titan Mar industrial platform from the former mayor Adriean Videanu, to develop One Cotroceni Towers.

The land has 44,863 sqm and is located on Progesului Road no. 56-80, in Sector 5 of the Capital. The value of the transaction is 35 million euros.

With an estimated value of EUR 400 million, One Cotroceni Towers will include 1,296 residential units arranged in five towers. Two towers will have 33 floors, thus becoming the highest residential development in Bucharest and in the region. Two other towers will have 23 floors, while one building will have 16 floors. The residential towers will be connected on the ground and first floors and will include commercial spaces for a variety of services, such as a gym with swimming pool, food markets, restaurants, afterschool for children and other specific services.

In addition, the mixed development will also include an office building with a gross leasable area (GLA) of approximately 48,000 sqm, which will be called One Cotroceni Park Office Phase III.
