One United Properties has put the One Victoriei Plaza office building in central Bucharest up for sale. The building is fully leased, for a remaining period of approximately 10 years, by First Bank.

The building was purchased from businessman Dorin Mateiu in the summer of 2022 for approximately EUR 28 million. One Victoriei Plaza has 15 floors, a total leasable area of approximately 12,000 square meters and 4 underground levels with 93 parking spaces.

"It is a natural process of recycling the invested capital and redirecting the profits obtained towards the development of larger projects, with mixed functions. We want to continue developing office projects such as One Tower, One Cotroceni or the Infineon headquarters, because there is demand from tenants. It is a normal cycle for any developer/investor to follow these steps. It is not an official process, but we are exploring some options. There is interest, but we are in the early stages. The asking price is 33 million euros," said Mihai Păduroiu, CEO of Office Division One United Properties.
