One United Properties, controlled by entrepreneurs Victor Căpitanu and Andrei Diaconescu, signed a pre-sale contract for the One Athénée project for the sum of EUR 24 million.

"In January 2023, One United Properties obtained the building permit for the restoration of a historical monument, the former Braikoff house, which was renamed One Athénée, located on Georges Clemenceau street no. 2, sector 1, Bucharest, near the Romanian Athenaeum. With a Gross Development Value of EUR 24 million, One Athénée was sold in its entirety to a single buyer, with payment of the price in installments during the reconstruction of the building, the conclusion of the sale-purchase contract being conditional on the complete restoration of the monument," it is stated in the report published by the company.
