One year after opening, 5,000 people work at Iulius Town offices

One year after its official opening, more than 30 multinational companies have established their headquarters at Iulius Town Timisoara. The number of those working in the class A office spaces exceeds 5,000. The commercial component of the project offers more than 450 stores on 120,000 sqm, the largest shopping area in Romania. The fourth building, UBC 0, will add another 52,000 sqm of premium office space to the project on 27 floors. Iulius Town Timisoara was developed by Iulius & Atterbury Europe. The total investment in the project amounts to €442m.
