Opus Land reports turnover of EUR 29.5 million for 2021

Opus Land, the developer of the Cosmopolis residential complex in Bucharest, recorded a turnover of EUR 29.5 million in the first nine months of this year, compared to the result of EUR 30.6 million recorded throughout 2020, according to SVN Romania data, the real estate consultant and the exclusive agent of the project. In the first nine months of 2021, 425 homes were sold as part of the Cosmopolis residential project.

The total investments made by Opus Land this year for the development of Cosmopolis amount to EUR 29 million, one third above the level of 2020. The amount will be directed both to the development of housing and to the expansion of the general infrastructure of Cosmopolis.
