The American giant Oracle has renewed its lease in Building B of the Floreasca Park office complex, is about to sign the renewal contract in Oregon Park and has given up all the space in Sky Tower, meaning a reduction of about 40 percent of the office space dedicated to its more than 5,000 employees in Romania.

Prior to the decision to shrink occupied office space, employees of Oracle Romania, which is also one of the largest tenants in the office market, worked in Oregon Park, where the corporation has leased the largest space - 20,000 sqm leased since 2015 and 5000 sqm more added in 2018; in Floreasca Park, where it had an entire building of about 20,000 sqm since 2012; and in Sky Tower, where it occupied nine floors and 10,400 sqm, a lease renewed in 2016 and set to expire in 2024.
