Oracle takes 10,400 sqm at Sky Tower

Oracle Romania has leased 10,400 sqm at the 36-story Sky Tower in Bucharest. The American company will occupy nine floors the building starting next week. The deal was brokered by The Advisers/Knight Frank.
Sky Tower, owned by Raiffeisen Property, is now 85 percent leased.
Oracle also leases about 32,000 sqm Floreasca Park and Nusco Tower.
