Otilia Bordei the new director of Office division at Avison Young Romania

The real estate consulting company Avison Young recruted Otilia Bordei, as director of the Office division. Otilia Bordei will be responsible for developing the department, managing the agency's relationship with office developers and providing advice for both tenants rethinking their return to office or relocation strategies and developers to adjust their products to suit their tenants needs.

Bordei joins the Avison Young Romania team after five years in the Leasing & Asset team of Skanska Romania. She previously worked for the real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield for three years.
