P3 Logistic Parks, a developer of high-quality industrial real estate across Europe, has announced a strategic leadership change in its Czech team. Aleš Zacha, currently Head of Development, will now also take on the responsibility for acquisitions.

This new role, Head of Development and Acquisitions, highlights the strategic importance of property purchases in driving growth for the ambitious industrial developer.

Peter Jánoši, Director of P3 Logistic Parks for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, stated: “Our acquisition strategy includes various approaches, such as development sites, redevelopment projects, and the acquisition of single assets and portfolios. Combining these responsibilities under Aleš Zacha’s leadership will enhance our operational efficiency and success.”

Recent acquisitions by P3 in the Czech Republic include P3 Jeřmanice, the third P3 park near Liberec, and the expansion of P3 Prague D8 with an additional 30,500 m² building.

Aleš Zacha, Head of Development and Acquisitions, commented: “My primary focus is on acquiring new development sites. The Czech market holds great potential due to its central position in Europe, despite a current shortage of quality ready-to-develop spaces. Market conditions are challenging, but P3’s strong capital position and long-term approach enable us to pursue promising projects.”

Aleš Zacha joined P3 four years ago as Senior Leasing and Development Manager and has been Head of Development in the Czech Republic since December 2021. His previous experience includes roles at CBRE, Panattoni, and Deloitte.
