Panattoni completes 13,000 sqm urban park in Warsaw’s Targówek Fabryczny
Panattoni has completed construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX, a state-of-the-art logistics center spanning over 13,000 square meters in Targówek Fabryczny. The facility, strategically located at the intersection of Utrata and Zabraniecka streets, is already attracting tenants, with nearly half of the space occupied.
The new logistics hub is designed to cater to the growing demands of urban logistics and e-commerce, benefiting from excellent transport links to Warsaw’s city center. Among the first tenants are Inter-Mlecz, a distributor of major food brands, and GESPAR, a supplier of medical and hygiene products. Both companies have chosen City Logistics Warsaw IX for its prime location and advanced facilities, with Inter-Mlecz relocating from a nearby site.
“With its strategic location adjacent to Warsaw’s key arterial roads, City Logistics Warsaw IX is perfectly positioned to meet the increasing demand for warehouse space optimized for fast last-mile deliveries,” said Karolina Przygoda, Associate Leasing Director at Panattoni. “The facility is not only designed for efficiency and innovation but is also fully customizable to suit the diverse needs of our clients, combining cutting-edge technology with unparalleled accessibility.”
City Logistics Warsaw IX is distinguished by its commitment to sustainability, incorporating features aimed at reducing energy and water consumption. The roof has been reinforced in anticipation of solar panel installations, reflecting Panattoni’s response to global environmental challenges and the expectations of its tenants.
