Panattoni sells Tricity South II logistics park to Clarion for €59 million
Panattoni has completed the sale of Panattoni Park Tricity South II to Clarion Partners Europe for €59 million. Clarion, which specializes in investing in and managing logistics and industrial properties, has added the facility to its portfolio as part of its expansion in the Polish market.
The logistics park, located in the Tri-City region, offers access to key transport routes, including the Tricity Bypass, the A1 motorway, and the Port of Gdańsk, making it a strategic hub for e-commerce and logistics operations. Developed to meet the growing demand for industrial space, the facility includes sustainable features such as energy-efficient systems and green building certifications. The primary tenant is LPP, a major fashion retailer in Central and Eastern Europe.
The sale reflects ongoing investor interest in Poland’s industrial real estate sector, which continues to attract capital due to stable long-term leasing agreements and the expanding role of logistics in supply chains. According to Michał Stanisławski, Co-Head of Capital Markets at Panattoni, the transaction highlights the increasing importance of the Tri-City area for logistics and e-commerce while reinforcing investor confidence in the market. He noted that institutional investors are showing sustained interest in high-quality industrial assets.
Clarion’s acquisition underscores the continued demand for well-positioned logistics properties. Panattoni intends to remain active in the market, focusing on the development of modern industrial facilities that align with the needs of both occupiers and investors.
