Partners Group to buy office portfolio from Buma

Partners Group, a Swiss private equity company, is planning to buy a portfolio of office properties from Grupa Buma. The cost of the investment is €200m. The assets include nine newly built office buildings as well as two that are currently under construction, totaling 125,000 sqm of leasable space. Warsaw-based Reino Partners, part of the WSE-listed Reino Capital group, will team up with Partners Group to manage the portfolio once the deal goes through.
