Pavăl brothers acquire Ethos House office building in Bucharest

Entrepreneurs Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl, owners of Dedeman, have bought the Ethos House office building in the Floreasca district of Bucharest from Greek businessman Anastasios Gkotsis. The transaction is estimated at EUR 24-25 million.

Anastasios Gkotsis built the Ethos House office building in the Floreasca area in 2014, following an investment of about EUR 8 million. Companies such as Arval, BNP Paribas Cardif, Forte Partners, Crosspoint Real Estate and the French Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Romania are headquartered here.

The building has a leasable area of ​​about 8,000 square meters distributed on the ground floor and seven floors above ground.
