The Pavăl Holding investment vehicle of the Dedeman owners recorded revenues of RON 2.3 billion last year, from EUR 1.7 billion in 2022, the profit being thus similar, given that the vehicle's expenses are minimal.

In February 2019, the majority stake in Dedeman, controlled by the Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl brothers, the largest local DIY retailer and the largest business developed by Romanian entrepreneurs, was transferred to Pavăl Holding, a company founded and controlled by the two brothers. Until that moment, the business was directly transferred to their name.
