The Valencia-based company Pavasal has bought 126,000 sqm of land in the Madrid neighborhood in the Vicalvaro district for the construction of a new logistics platform dedicated to last-mile urban delivery services next year. Permits for three of the four buildings that make up the project have just been acquired and make up 60% of the project, which is scheduled to be delivered in the first quarter of 2021. The remainder should be completed during the second quarter of 2021. BNP Paribas Real Estate is handling the leasing of the property.
