The Penta Investments investment group has sold a building plot of 6,500 square meters in Warsaw for almost EUR 25 million (approximately CZK 635 million). The plot in the Wola district was bought by Lincoln Property Company together with the investment group ENERN. They plan to build an office building with 30,000 meters of leasable area on a plot with the availability of public transport.

"In the medium term, we want to pay maximum attention to the further development of our company, especially in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. At various stages of development, we have developed 46 projects with total assets exceeding EUR 1.1 billion," said Tomáš Laštovka, Holding Director of Penta Real Estate.

According to the investment director of Lincoln Property, the land is located in the most desirable office location in the center of Warsaw. "The project is characterized by a very efficient shape, a floor size exceeding 4,000 square meters and excellent accessibility," he added.
