Peter Falb promoted to Country Manager at MLP Group’s Austrian branch

Peter Falb has assumed the role of Country Manager at MLP Group’s Austrian branch. His main responsibilities will be to progress the MLP Business Park Vienna scheme and further projects to be undertaken by MLP Group in Austria.

As of the beginning of this year, Peter Falb was promoted to the position of Country Manager responsible for MLP Group’s development in the Austrian market. He joined the Group over a year ago as a Commercial Director.
MLP Group views Austria as a major destination for its further expansion plans. The end of last year saw the launch of its first urban logistics and business project in Austria. MLP Business Park Vienna will provide over 53,600 sqm of modern City Logistics space. The project will undergo the DGNB certification in Gold, demonstrating its environmental sustainability. The completed facilities will be delivered for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Peter Falb is an experienced manager whose career spans over two decades, during which he has worked for numerous entities active in property development, finance and management of warehouse, office and retail assets. While working for EYEMAXX Real Estate AG, he was in charge of its warehouse projects in Germany and Serbia, as well as retail projects in the Czech Republic and Poland. He was also engaged in asset management for CA Immobilien Anlagen, where he was responsible for the company’s Hungarian and Polish portfolios. He graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a degree in Business Management, and later completed a postgraduate programme in Real Estate Management and Valuation at the Vienna University of Technology.
