Polski Holding Nieruchomości has completed renovation works refurbishing the Kossakowski Palace in Warsaw. The renovation works of the PHN-owned palace located on the Nowy Swiat Street included renovation of the elevation and replacement of roof coverings. The works were carried out under supervision of the building conservation oficer and the tenement house has regained its look from the 1920s. The scope of activities included works aimed at improving the aesthetics and technical condition of the tenement house. Sheet metal elements and roof coverings were replaced, and the elevation was painted in the old white color, referring to the appearance of the tenement house from the beginning of the last century. The balconies and metal elements such as grates, balustrades, gates as well as lighting lamps were also renovated. In this year, PHN is also planning to restore the coat of arms cartouche of the Kossakowski family.
