PHN has completed the construction of the 155-meter Skysawa office building in Warsaw

The construction of the tower in the Skysawa office complex in Warsaw has been completed, the developer - Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has announced. The facility has 40 above-ground storeys and is over 155 meters high.

The key stage of the construction of the Skysawa office and retail complex has been completed. The flagship Warsaw investment of Polski Holding Nieruchomości has just reached its target height. The construction works on the overground part lasted a year, with floors +17 to +40 built in just 150 days.

The planned completion date of the tower is in the third quarter of 2022. The lower, 9-story part of the complex will be put into operation this year.

Skysawa, the construction of which began in June 2019, is being built in the center of Warsaw, at ul. Świętokrzyska 36. It is an office and commercial complex with an area of ​​approximately 34,550 sqm. The consortium of PORR, TKT engineering and ELIN companies is responsible for the implementation of the investment. Investor supervision over the construction is carried out by the Polish branch of Gleeds Polska.

Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) is one of the largest entities in the commercial real estate sector in terms of portfolio value. Since 2013, PHN has been listed on the WSE.
