REINA Company represented Pirelli Polska and Prometeon Tire Group Polska in the process of extending the lease agreement for office space in the Royal Wilanów building in Warsaw. The Polish headquarters of international tire brands occupy a total of almost 660 sqm surface.

The Polish branch of the Pirelli concern has been operating since 1992, then being the first official branch of a foreign tire manufacturer in our country. The Prometeon Tire Group, on the other hand, derives from the Pirelli industrial tire division and deals with the production and sale of tires dedicated to industry and transport, as well as large-size tires and tires used in agriculture.

“The Pirelli brand focuses on the highest quality in every field, including the selection of consultants, so we are all the more pleased with the trust that its representatives have placed in our company. Long-term relationships with representatives of the Pirelli Group enabled REINA Company experts to perfectly understand the needs and develop the best solutions in the course of renegotiating the office lease agreement in Warsaw,” comments Robert Karniewski, President of the Management Board of REINA Company.

Royal Wilanów is a building belonging to the Capital Park Group. Offers 28,000 sqm office space, and 7,000 sqm commercial and service space.
