Platinium office building in Brno was bought by the Premium Real Estate Fund

The Platinium office building in Brno na Veveří was bought by the Premium Real Estate Fund from RSBC. The parties did not disclose the price, the market valuation is CZK 650 million, announced RSBC spokeswoman Jana Zbortková. The building was opened in 2005 and annually generates over CZK 40 million in rental income.

The building is home to banks, insurance companies and an eye clinic, offers a leasable area of ​​over 8,500 square meters and parking for 230 cars. This is the fourth property in the fund's portfolio.

With the acquisition of the building, the fund reached a ratio of 70 percent commercial real estate to 30 percent residential. The portfolio includes a residential project in Prague-Vršovice, another apartment building in the center of Prague and the Reda production-logistics complex in Brno-Slatin.

The fund was founded in 2020, is part of the real estate fund Schönfeld & Co Nemovitosti SICAV and manages investors' assets of over CZK 770 million. "We acquired Platinium Brno in excellent condition, occupied by quality tenants," said the director of Schönfeld & Co Nemovitosti SICAV Miloš Filip. RSBC had Platinium in its portfolio for two years.
