Polands Ministry of Finance placed bonds in China worth 3 billion yuan

The Ministry of Finance will sell 3-year bonds denominated in Chinese yuan, with a nominal value of 3 billion yuan. The bond yield was 3.2% per annum, and the transaction will be settled on October 15, the ministry informed. The final profitability of the issue after the conversion to euro was negative at -0.104% per annum.

"The issue was carried out on the Chinese internal interbank market on the basis of an issuing program registered by NAFMII (National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors). The bonds were placed among Chinese institutional investors," the release reads.

The following banks acted as managers of the issuing consortium: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, J.P. Morgan AG, Bank of China Limited and China Construction Bank Corporation.
