The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) asked the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) to suspend the listing of the following companies: Eko Export, Prima Moda, Interma Trade in liquidation, JWW Invest, Spyrosoft, TXM due to breaches of reporting laws, the commission said.

On the authorization of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, on October 4, 2022, requests were made to the Warsaw Stock Exchange to suspend trading in shares of the companies: Eko Export, Prima Moda, Interma Trade in liquidation, JWW Invest, Spyrosoft, TXM, it was announced.

The reason for the suspension was the failure to publish the semi-annual report or the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2022, or the publication of an incomplete semi-annual report or consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2022 (i.e. not containing the auditor's reports on the reviews of the condensed interim financial statements and the condensed interim of the consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2022), within the period specified by law, was given.

Trading in instruments was suspended from October 4, 2022.
