This year's holidays have started very intensively for Sun & Snow's reservations department, due to high demand stimulated by attractive weather forecasts. As the company, which manages the rental of nearly 2.8 thousand flats in more than 60 resorts and cities in Poland, assures, there will be no shortage of places for tourists - although the most attractive offers will soon be unavailable. Currently, the average price of a stay in seaside resorts on offer from Sun & Snow is around PLN 509. It is slightly cheaper in the mountains, where one has to pay an average of PLN 326 per day of stay.

This year's holiday season started with high temperatures, which were certainly better endured at the lake or sea than in the city. This trend was also evident in the interest of our domestic tourists in holidaying.

"We are looking at the start of the holidays quite optimistically, although there is certainly some malaise. We can see that Poles are not giving up on trips, although they are cautious about their duration," said Mariola Skorupa, Sun & Snow's Sales and Marketing Director, comments on the start of the season.

The most busy holiday dates are traditionally the second half of July and the August long weekend. This year, the holiday of 15 August (Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary) falls on a Thursday. This means that if we plan to leave on Friday 9 August after work, with a four-day holiday, we can rest for as many as nine days - until 18 August. As Sun & Snow assures, there should be no shortage of places on offer, although the most besieged resorts already have fewer and fewer places to stay.

"A certain group of tourists book their stays well in advance, so they can count on lower prices and the certainty of booking their favourite flat. Today, single locations are available in the busiest resorts and dates, although it is difficult to count on cheaper offers - and we know that some of our customers pay a lot of attention to this. To meet them, we try to prepare an attractive promotional offer," said Skorupaadds.

For example, at the beginning of July, a discount of PLN 200 was available in selected locations. In turn, those who decided to stay in Sun & Snow flats between 21 June and 14 July received PLN 150 for an autumn holiday in any of the chain's flats. Now the 4+1 promotion has started, which means that by booking a stay for 5 days, one will receive one free of charge. The offer will be valid until 31.07 and applies to selected cities, including Kołobrzeg, Białka Tatrzańska, Dziwnów, Gdańsk Old Town, Karpacz and Mielno.

What is worth noting is that the promotional offers can be combined with the loyalty programme, which was introduced by Sun & Snow this year. Within the programme, a 5 per cent discount will be calculated from the first stay, and with the accumulated points it will increase even up to 10 per cent. A part of the programme will also be a system of referrals among customers, where after generating a referral code and passing it on to a person who is not yet a Sun & Snow customer, the participant in the programme will also receive a discount for themselves.
