Polish Immo Lab sees a busy third quarter

Immo lab team summed up the agency's activities at the end of the third quarter of this year. Currently, Immo Lab is carrying out 14 investment projects with a potential of over 300,000 sqm. In total, since the launch in 2021, the company has finalized 12 transactions worth over PLN 370 million and a total area of ​​1.1 million sqm, with a potential for investment worth PLN 2.3 billion.

"We are currently running projects covering over 25 different properties in several large cities. In the next few days, we should close a transaction in Warsaw, which concerns several thousand sqm of space in an almost finished building. We are also reaching the end of four projects on the Krakow market. In Wrocław, we are negotiating two properties, and we are also working on one transaction in Gdańsk. We have also started marketing a dozen or so real estates in the capital, Tri-City, Wrocław, Kraków and Katowice markets. These are single properties and portfolios owned by four different developers. These are also transactions, some of which should be completed at the end of this year or in the first half of next year, if the market situation allows it," comments Daniel Puchalski, Managing Partner and Co-founder of Immo Lab.

The immo lab company was established in January 2021. The co-founder is Daniel Puchalski, who previously, for several years, was associated with international consulting agencies - Colliers International, JLL and Knight Frank. In addition to him, the immo lab team consists of Piotr Litwin, who acts as a Partner, Jakub Szymanowski - Senior Broker and Paweł Pajka - Business Development Manager, Paweł Kucz - Management of Transaction Processes, Maciej Wandzel - Shareholder and support in the field of Lex Developer, investments and joint management ventures, as well as a network of cooperating agents, architects and lawyers.

The agency specializes in strategic consultancy in the area of ​​investment land for the logistics and industrial sector, services, office, commercial, residential and PRS sectors, acts as an intermediary in capital transactions and advises in lease processes.
