Polka Pilates to open first studio in Łódź at Echo-Archicom’s Fuzja complex
The Fuzja mixed-use development in Łódź, created by the Echo-Archicom Group on the site of Karol Scheibler’s former textile factory, will gain a new tenant later this year. Polka Pilates, a fitness brand offering reformer-based Pilates classes, will open its first Łódź studio on the ground floor of one of the revitalized historic red-brick buildings. The unit will cover 147 sqm.
The studio will be located next to the Anna Gardens, the central recreational space of the complex, and in proximity to the parking facilities. Polka Pilates studios are designed to combine functional interiors with a welcoming atmosphere, alongside tailored instruction provided by certified trainers. The concept was founded by Kornelia Samanta, a BASI-trained Pilates instructor.
According to Echo Investment, the arrival of Polka Pilates highlights the growing service offer at Fuzja, which already includes restaurants, cafés, and beauty services. The development spans eight hectares and incorporates 22 buildings, including 15 listed structures that have been adapted for new uses.
