Packaging manufacturer Preston Packaging has signed a long-term lease agreement at MLP Poznań West, securing 7,500 sqm of space within the logistics center. The facility will accommodate both warehouse operations and office functions, with the warehouse section becoming available in August 2025 and full handover expected by April 2026. The transaction was facilitated by AXI IMMO.

Preston Packaging specializes in solid board packaging, pharmaceutical leaflets, and product instructions. With over 20 years of experience, the company supplies pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries in Poland and the wider European Union. The expansion to MLP Poznań West follows the company’s need for additional space to support its growth.

The location, situated near the S11 expressway and close to the A2 motorway, offers convenient access to transport networks and the company’s existing headquarters. This proximity is expected to streamline logistics operations and support employee commuting. The developer, MLP Group, has also worked closely with Preston Packaging to ensure the facility meets industry-specific technical requirements.

MLP Poznań West is a 172,000 sqm logistics complex targeting businesses in e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing. The site is being developed with sustainability initiatives, including photovoltaic panels, EV charging stations, and infrastructure for cyclists. MLP Group follows a “build & hold” strategy, retaining ownership of its properties and providing long-term management support for tenants.
