Prima Development Group invests EUR 20 million in Core Timpuri Noi in Bucharest

Prima Development Group invests EUR 20 million in a residential project with 240 apartments in Bucharest, located near Timpuri Noi area. The Core Timpuri Noi complex will have studios, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments, 250 parking spaces, electric charging stations and 3 commercial spaces with a total area of approximately 300 sqm.

Core Timpuri Noi is the second residential project that Prima Development Group is building in the Capital, after it recently completed the boutique residential project Boemia Apartments, following a total investment of EUR 8.5 million.

"Sales for Core Timpuri Noi started in May 2020, and since then approximately 60 percent of the apartments have been contracted. The works are in full swing, we have over 200 workers at the construction site every day, at this moment the structure and the masonry are completed and we are also working on the interior finishes. The building will be completed as planned, at the end of this year, and the apartments will be handed over to customers in the first quarter of next year,” - said Andrei Moanţ, CEO of Prima Development Group.
