Prima Development Group is consolidating its presence in Bucharest

The real estate developer Prima Development Group from Oradea announces for 2021 the completion of 640 apartments in Bucharest and Oradea, as well as the consolidation of the expansion on the real estate market in Bucharest with new projects that will total over 2,500 apartments. The company currently has 10 ongoing projects.

"This year, consolidating the expansion of residential projects in Bucharest is part of the group's business strategy. We aim to deliver 500 apartments each year and thus increase our portfolio of sustainable residential projects. We are looking for large plots of land in good areas of the city, and at the end of this year and the beginning of next year we will start three more important projects in Bucharest, which will total over 2,500 apartments ", said Andrei Moanţ, CEO of Prima Development Group.

The developer entered the real estate market in Bucharest in 2017 with the start of the Boemia Apartments project. The second project in Bucharest signed by Prima Development Group and which will be delivered this year is Core Timpuri Noi.
