Primark is expanding its presence in Romania by opening two new stores, in Cluj and Craiova. The company is looking for employees to join its teams.

Primark will open its fourth store in Romania, in the VIVO! shopping center, Cluj-Napoca. The store will be the first Primark location in the northwestern region of the country and is scheduled to open this year.

The fifth store in Romania will open in Craiova. Last year, the retailer announced that the estimated opening date is 2026.

Considering the size of the stores (almost 4,000 square meters), a Primark store needs about 150-200 employees.

"It is difficult to estimate a specific number of employees in the long term, as this depends on several factors, such as the location of the store, its schedule, its size, traffic and the city in which we operate. For example, in Timisoara, we have a team of approximately 150 people working in the store. We offer our employees a competitive salary, as well as a flexible work schedule, including full-time, part-time, evening and weekend jobs, adapted to different lifestyles, which allow maintaining a balance between professional and private life," the company said.
