Prime Kapital opens the shopping center in Bârlad

Prime Kapital opens the shopping center in Bârlad on November 30, following an investment of EUR 19 million. Among the tenants of the retail project are Carrefour Hypermarket, Hervis, Sinsay, C&A, Jysk, Noriel, Takko, Sportisimo, New Yorker, CCC, Pepco, Deichmann, Flanco, KFC, Spartan, Mesopotamia, Agroland and many more others.

The shopping center has a leasable area of 26,800 sqm, and 40 percent is owned by the South African partner of Prime Kapital, MAS RE. This month or in December, they will also open Prahova Value Center shopping center, after an investment of EUR 32 million.
