Prime Kapital secures EUR 85.5 mln financing from Erste Group for Argeș Mall

Real estate developer Prime Kapital has secured a EUR 85.5 million refinancing facility from Erste Group Bank AG for Argeș Mall in Pitești, opening in April 2024.

With a leasable area of over 51,000 square meters and over 150 shops and restaurants, the investment in the shopping center has exceeded EUR 100 million.

The shopping center serves an area of attraction of over 640,000 inhabitants and was built on a 13-hectare industrial land and required investments in public infrastructure.
